Ingredients

¼ cup honey, plus more  to drizzle
1 package  (3 oz .) cream cheese, softened
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 medium bananas
⅓ cup peanut butter chips
4 purchased, ready to use 9-inch crepes or thin pancakes
¼ cup honey-roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped

Directions
In medium bowl, mix honey, cream cheese and vanilla together until well blended. Cut each banana into ½-inch thick slices. Gently stir banana slices and peanut butter chips into honey mixture. Lay crepes or pancakes browned side down on a flat work surface. Spoon about ½ cup honey-banana filling in a line down one end of each pancake. 

For each pancake, fold in sides to enclose filling. Place each wrap seam side down on a serving plate. Drizzle each wrap with honey and sprinkle with peanuts. Serve right away.

Homemade cooking recipes for Low-Fat Honey Crepes

Ingredients

2 cups nonfat milk
1 cup all-purpose  flour
2 egg whites
1 egg
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon vegetable  oil
⅛ Teaspoon salt

Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Rub 8-inch nonstick skillet with oiled paper towel or spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons of crepe batter into skillet, tilting and rotating skillet to cover evenly with batter. Cook until edges begin to brown. Turn crepe over and cook until lightly browned. Remove crepe to plate to cool. Repeat process with remaining batter.

Crepes may be  refrigerated 3 days or frozen up to 1 month in airtight container.

Ingredients

½ cup honey
½ cup orange  juice
1 Table spoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 ½ teaspoons grated lemon peel
1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
1 Table spoon butter or margarine
6 Low-Fat Honey Crêpes
1 pint lemon sorbet or low-fat lemon yogurt
1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Directions
In a small saucepan, whisk together honey, orange juice, lemon juice, orange peel, lemon peel and cornstarch until well blended and cornstarch is dissolved. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking occasionally; cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Whisk in butter or margarine. Cool to room temperature or refrigerate until ready to use.

To assemble, press 1 crepe into each of 6 ramekins or bowls to form a cup. Fill each with 1 scoop of sorbet. Top each with ¼ cup sliced strawberries and 2 to 3 Tablespoons Honey Suzette Sauce.

Grill the trout and blanch the asparagus and spinach. To make the sauce, sauté the chillies, add the remaining milk and 10g flour and simmer, whisking until thick. Blend then season. Poach your egg, place it on the muffin with the greens and drizzle over the sauce.

Ingredients

1 cup fiber cereal, crushed
1 cup milk
¼ cup vegetable  oil
1 egg
1-¼ cups flour
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup honey
½ cup pecans, chopped
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt

How to Cook 
Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottom only of 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper cups. Combine cereal and milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Beat in oil and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter among muffin cups. Bake until lightly brown, 20 to 30 minutes. Immediately remove from pan to cool.

Ingredients

4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups coarsely chopped nuts
1 cup golden raisins
¾ cup honey
½ cup butter or margarine , melted
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Salt

Directions
Combine oats, nuts and raisins in large mixing bowl; mix well and set aside. Combine honey, butter, cinnamon, vanilla and salt in saucepan; bring to boil and cook one minute. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture and toss until well blended. Spread in lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F 20 minutes or until lightly browned; stir every 5 minutes. Cool. Crumble and store in airtight container up to 2 weeks.

2 cups all-purpose  flour
¼ te aspoon baking soda
6 Table spoons butter, cut into pieces

1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
2 egg white
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup currants
¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt
½ teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
Prepared cinnamon-sugar

How to Cook
In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in currants. In small bowl, whisk together honey, yogurt, egg, egg yolk and vanilla; add to flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; shape into 8-inch circle (approx. 1 inch thick). Cut into 8 wedges. Place on greased baking sheet, at least 1 inch apart. Brush with egg white; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.

Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

1 large  banana, sliced, divided

How to Cook
Reserve several slices of banana for garnish. Layer 1 Tablespoon honey, ¼ of the presliced banana, 2 Tablespoons yogurt, 2 Tablespoons granola, ¼ of the sliced banana, 2 Tablespoons yogurt, 1 Tablespoon honey and 2 Tablespoons granola in parfait glass. Repeat for second parfait. Garnish with reserved banana and honey.

¾ cup plain yogurt
⅓ cup butter or margarine , melted
½ cup honey
2 eggs
¾ cup all-purpose  flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

Directions
Beat together yogurt, butter, honey and eggs in small bowl. Set aside. Combine flours, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and baking soda in large bowl. Add honey mixture. Stir just enough to barely moisten flour. Do not over mix. Spoon batter into paper-lined or greased muffin cups.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool slightly on wire racks. Serve warm.
